Since 1995, all document filings in the Real Estate and Security Agreement departments have been indexed utilizing the CCLIX© system. Since then, over 650,000 indexed instrument images have been scanned. In addition, over 320,000 images for back indexed records have also been made available, for a full repository of over 1 million images.
Listed below are all of the ‘Master Book/Type’ codes followed by the book and page identifiers for the oldest documents that are currently available for viewing. An archive project has been completed to provide improved document images back to October, 1959. (NOTE: Deeds only; see table below for specific dates applicable by Type Code.) To display these images, you may utilize all the search methods available, as matching index records also exist for these document images.
